Warranty-related returns are free of charge. Otherwise, the below return fees will be deducted from your refund: 

Returning an Electric bike: €50 for pick up/transport to our warehouse.

Returning a City bike: €40 for pick up/transport to our warehouse.

Returning a Kids' bike, accessories, or spare parts: Costs vary due to carrier/country/size/weight of the parcels.

The Veloretti return policy also requires that bikes be returned in their original packaging so they are not damaged in transit. We always recommend keeping the box until the return period has passed, but if not, we can send a new box for a small fee.
