Our policy requires that bikes be returned in their original packaging. This means in the original box and using the original packing material. Keep in mind that allowing the bike or loose parts in the box to move can result in damage. 

Please use the tips below to ensure that everything is fastened securely. 

Electric bikes 

You can use the packing materials that came with the bike or some carton, plastic wrapping, and/or sheets to prevent sharp parts from scratching the frame. 

To turn and dismount the pedals, you must first loosen the handlebar. You can leave the battery in the bike as long as the bike is turned off. Don’t forget loose items such as the charger, keys, etc. 

City bikes 

You can use the packing materials that came with the bike or some carton, plastic wrapping, and/or sheets to prevent sharp parts from scratching the frame. 

The front wheel must be removed from the frame and placed next to the bike; be careful with the wheel axle and wrap it in something to keep it from scratching the frame. 

You’ll have to turn the handlebar so that it fits properly in the package too. Please use as much carton as needed to keep the bike from moving in the box. Please also ensure that no bike parts move in the box and that any areas that could cause damage are covered. For example, if metal touches metal it may cause scratches. Please make sure to cover these areas with packing material or to firmly tape the loose parts to the frame to prevent any movement in the box. 

Kids bikes 

You can use the packing materials that came with the bike or some carton, plastic wrapping, and/or sheets to prevent sharp parts from scratching the frame. 

Please ensure that no bike parts move in the box and that any areas that could cause damage are covered. For example, if metal touches metal it may cause scratches. Please make sure to cover these areas with packing material or to firmly tape the loose parts to the frame to prevent any movement in the box.
