Not convinced about your bike after a test ride? You can return it within 30 days in its original state and box. The same goes for accessories. 

Please keep in mind that Outlet bikes need to be returned within 14 days instead of 30 days. 

It is important to take good care of your bike and other purchases during the return period, as we cannot give a full refund if your order is damaged, dirty, or shows signs of extensive usage upon return. 

The ordered items must be returned in their original box and packing material, so we always advise you to keep the box until the return period has passed. 

Please contact Customer Care if you’d like a new box to be delivered, which we can arrange for a fee.
